First of all,
Throughout my childhood, I saw my father filming family moments with his 8mm camera, creating wonderful memories. As I was already a techno geek, I quickly learned how to use the devices.
My love for cinema surely began then. However, there was another situation that reinforced this passion: it was the discovery of Steven Spielberg's films. From that moment on, my imagination exploded into all these fantastic universes. I dreamed of it, I ate it!
Quickly, my dream was built to make cinema in the style of Spielberg.
Unfortunately, the course of my life did not allow me to realize this dream, but on certain occasions I felt that it could have been possible.
This morning, I see Denis Villeneuve sitting next to my dream and my heart debates like that of the child I was watching this immense spaceship from “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”...
What a feat, what a titanic journey Denis Villeneuve you have achieved and above all, what happiness you must experience by realizing your dreams in this way, by now taking your place alongside the greats of this incredible universe, the one which combines the mastery of writing, image and sound, to tell a story! Wow.
Well done Denis, my vision of the cinematographic world has changed today.
There is Spielberg and Denis Villeneuve now.

Avant toute chose,
De toute mon enfance, j'ai vu mon père filmer les moments de famille avec sa caméra 8mm, créant de magnifiques souvenirs. Comme j'étais déjà un fou de techno, j'ai rapidement appris à manipuler les appareils.
Mon amour pour le cinéma a sûrement commencé à ce moment-là.
Cependant, il y a eu une autre situation qui a renforcé cette passion : c'est la découverte du cinéma de Steven Spielberg.
À partir de ce moment, mon imagination a explosé dans tout ces univers fantastiques. J'en rêvais, j'en mangeais !
Rapidement, mon rêve c'est construit de faire du cinéma à la manière Spielberg...
Malheureusement, le cours de ma vie ne m'a pas permis de réaliser ce rêve, mais à certaines occasions, j'ai senti que cela aurait pu être possible.
Ce matin, je vois Denis Villeneuve assis aux côtés de mon rêve et mon cœur débat comme celui de l'enfant que j'étais en regardant cet immense vaisseau spatial de "Rencontre du troisième type"...
Quelle prouesse, quel parcours de titan Denis Villeneuve tu as réalisé et surtout, quel bonheur tu dois éprouver en réalisant maintenant tes rêves de cette manière, en prenant place désormais aux côtés des grands de cet univers si incroyable, celui qui marie la maîtrise de l'écriture, de l'image et du son, de raconter des histoires! Wow.
Bravo Denis, ma vision du monde cinématographique a changé aujourd'hui.
Il y a Spielberg et Denis Villeneuve maintenant.
